sub-classes of shedding-type games

edit

I have started an attempt to organise the many shedding-type games into classes of similarly structured games. Rather than have names, the classes are simple descriptions of the main characteristics of the games in that class: number of cards or packs/decks; whether played singly or in pairs; whether or not points are counted; how the game ends; and, finally, the conditions for winning.

However, I have discovered that many individual game descriptions are often extremely confused and frequently do not provide an explicit description of either how the game ends, or how someone wins. Without this information it is impossible to classify the games correctly.

Therefore, I offer this modification of the page as a functioning suggestion of a way in which the confusion of names and descriptions of shedding type games on this page and on the Category page may be organised.
