Here are other RAF Reserve and Royal Auxiliary Air Force officers that serve but I can't immediately find their promotion dates.

New information regarding appointments

I know changing appointments with regards to some of these RAF officers as well as the corresponding Navy, Royal Marines and British Army lists (and come to know more serving senior officers that could be added). Alas, this comes via personal research which isn't allowed and I'm too busy to add stuff nowadays which would be contested and always reverted by others.
