Feedback on using 3 columns for museum type

edit

I like the concept of additional columns to allow for sorting for multiple types, but it is hard to tell how useful it is without more info in the columns to test the sort feature for them. I say keep for now as an experiment on this article & see if any additional feedback is posted. I would consider changing the third column from “Non-science” to “Other” or “additional”, but “Non-Science” is ok too. The 3d column in particular does not have much & I would kill it if it does not populate in a few weeks. I see you made the last column non-sortable….nice work. Added new science museums referring to astc.org.

edit

Via some clever hacking, I was able to convert the listings at astc.org directly into the wikitable format. So, I took this new auto-generated table and manually merged everything back that used to be in this article. This was mostly non-ASTC science museums. Because of size constraints, I changed the 3 type columns into one comments column, and included a website external URL.

"ASTC member" indicates if the museum is a member of ASTC. "ASTC passport" indicates if the museum will allow you to enter for free with an ASTC passport. (ASTC passports are obtained by purchasing a membership at a participating museum.)

If a museum is not an ASTC member, it is unlikely that an ASTC passport will get you in for free, but we can't know for sure without further research. That's why I put a ? in each of those.
