Ekh Oron (Motherland) and Social Democratic Party edit
Ekh Oron apparently also goes by the name Mongolyn ardchilsan shine sotsialist nam, i.e. Mongolian Democratic New Socialist Party. But to me, the connection between Mongolyn ardchilsan shine sotsialist nam and Mongolyn Sotsial Demokrat nam still seems a bit unclear. Baabar was in both parties [1], but what about anyone else?
If non-connectedness can be established, the redirect from New Social Democratic Party to Social Democratic Party would also have to be changed. Yaan 11:17, 20 July 2007 (UTC)

- I think I figured it out. Baabar was a candidate for the Motherland Democratic coalition, not for the Motherland party. But I think I'll post a request for review. Yaan 10:40, 23 July 2007 (UTC)
- Yes, the Social Democrat Party is completely different from the Mongolian Democratic New Socialist Party. Baabar was a founder of the Social Democrat Party, but had nothing to do with the other. Eh Oron was originally (c. 1999, when it came into being) was a coalition of the Mongolian Democratic New Socialist Party (aka, the "Erel Party") and some other one - some sort of Worker's Party, the exact title of which I don't remember now. The old Social Democratic Party was absorbed into what became the current Democratic Party, which is NOT to be confused with the different party of the same name that was formed in 1990.
