Title neutrality edit
The current title implies that the list is neutrally compiled, while in fact it is published by Russia's Ministry of Justice. Can we find a neutral name that clearly indicates the source of this list? (For comparison, the Russian version expressly names the MoJ as the source.) M. Caecilius (talk) 08:34, 11 May 2014 (UTC)
