who was the first "king of the two sicilies"? edit

This article says "Joachim Murat was the first king to rule a kingdom which was called "Two Sicilies" by the Edict of Bayonne, in 1808" , but see capitulation signed on 12 June 1798 https://openaccess.leidenuniv.nl/bitstream/1887/4576/4/Thesis.pdf , the Bailiff de Turin Frisari signs "without prejudice to the right of domination which belongs to my Sovereign, the King of the Two Sicilies". Since every monarch listed here bore the same title – "King of the Two Sicilies" – why isn't the article titled List of Kings of the Two Sicilies? Michael Hardy (talk) 03:54, 10 May 2016 (UTC)Reply
