Talk:List of minor Mortal Kombat characters

Latest comment: 15 years ago by 99.246.242.251 in topic Mythologies Gods

This article was created to house all of the "minor" Mortal Kombat characters, because most of them are not encyclopedic enough to warrant their own article-- expand this article with only minor characters. If the character has enough recognition to warrant their own article, but they are still only minor characters, provide a brief summary of the character and a link to their main article. Ed Boon makes a masturbation joke? edit

To quote the section on Meat: "Ed Boon was also heard saying "You can't beat my Meat!"" I think this is highly unlikely. However, as I can't prove it, I'm leaving it alone for someone more knowledgable to deal with. The S 02:48, 6 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Well, since it's basically redundant info (ie, Boon saying something about Meat at E3), it serves no useful purpose and has been taken out. Virogtheconq 03:22, 6 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Organization edit

Suggest organizing into Ninja, Robot, Joke character, and Nonexistent character sections, and maybe a section for game specific characters (Mythologies, etc).

Not sure how long the above's been here, but I've just noticed it at any rate. In my own opinion, I don't think nonexistant characters or "rumour" names for real characters belong here. Wikipedia's based on fact, not fiction. There is only one exception I can think to this and that'd be "Nimbus Terrafaux", purely because he was so strongly rumoured. Even then, he doesn't belong here, stick him in the MK2 trivia section (though I think he is already). --L T Dangerous 21:31, 10 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Nimbus Terrafaux edit

Nimbus Terrafaux was merged and redirected to this article. I believe several minor characters listed in that AFD's comment may also have had content merged here. Johnleemk | Talk 12:26, 8 December 2005 (UTC)Reply

Actually, I think Nimbus should be a footnote in the Trivia of Jax's page (as Red Robin on Ermac's). If you look at the preproduction art ([1]) of Jax, it sounds like the description of the same character (albeit Terrafaux being a hoax). The S 18:41, 2 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

"Made-up" characters edit

It has been proven that no Mortal Kombat characters of the names Watchdog, Mirror, or Ryu have ever existed. Yet, these characters repeatedly appear recreated in the Mortal Kombat pages. This page is not to spread hoaxes and completely nonsensical rumors. A Google search of any of the existing characters on this page will result in thousands of sites, yet the three mentioned above produce almost no information.

Mirror or Mirror Match has constantly been referred to as a GameShark "glitch" within the Gameboy version of Mortal Kombat, yet the term mirror match has been synonymous for two of the same characters fighting each other, often right before the endurance matches. I have the Gameboy version of Mortal Kombat, and I have never found any pertinent information concerning a Mirror character, as it mentions mirror match in the form that I have stated. Until real information comes up about this character speculation, I will continue to remove any mentioning of this so-called "character" of Mortal Kombat.

The character Watchdog has also never been proven to exist. He is regarded as a "rumored" character for Mortal Kombat II. Some character rumors have notoriety, but since there is no search engine that provides any information about this so-called "character," the rumor must certainly be a made-up hoax and information pertaining to this hoax will continue to be removed.

- I've never heard of an actual "Watchdog" character rumor, but I remember hearing the name in conjunction with MKII. The game's audits menu (Which had "Kano Transformations" listed, which is where that rumor comes from) had something called "Watchdogs" on it, likely to goad players to look for something that wasn't there. There's the source of the rumor, if you're interested. Shadaloo 10:23, 18 January 2006 (UTC)Reply

Overboard classic subzero section edit

Why are there 4 huge paragraphs on Classic Subzero? In an article of minor MK characters? This is wikipedia, not a thesis for canonininity. The 3rd paragraph in particular is really insulting for the casual browser.Asdfff 09:59, 25 January 2006 (UTC)asdfffReply

Takeda edit

Perhaps I'm mistaken, but I was always under the assumption that Takeda left the Lin Kuei decades/centuries prior to the events of Mortal Kombat, and wasn't the leader of the Shirai Ryu at the time it was destroyed by Quan Chi. Are there any official sources that back this up? Virogtheconq

To my best knowledge, there isn't anything concrete about times regarding Takeda and the formation of the Shirai Ryu. If Conquest is taken to be canon, then it happened back in the days of the Great Kung Lao (in which case it would have been centuries ago), but if not, there is no such specification... Clint 08:58, 15 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Considering he "invented" ninjitsu using his Lin Kuei training, I'd say it's safe to assume Takeda was dead for a good while...99.246.246.218 (talk) 00:49, 22 June 2008 (UTC)(Tetra Vega, PS3)Reply

Mythologies Gods edit

When was it ever stated the names of the Gods of MK Mythologies: Sub-Zero? As far as I know, there was no mention in any game, and I don't think Boon or Vogel has said, either.... The S 03:32, 13 February 2006 (UTC)Reply

Those are the names that were on their pages before I moved them here (I didn't want to delete info that may be accurate, but I have my own doubts). Boon and Vogel wouldn't know, as it was Tobias who created them. I was under the impression that they were listed in the MKM:SZ instruction manual, and this is something I wished to actually bring up, but forgot about. If anyone can confirm their names, I'd like to know. Shadaloo 06:06, 13 February 2006 (UTC)Reply

I've looked through the Playstation manual, and I see no reference. I'd like someone to check the source materials (manuals, packaging, et cetera) of the Nintendo 64, PC, and Tiger Handheld versions to assist in this manner. The S 03:47, 21 February 2006 (UTC)Reply

Hero Merger edit

I vote against merging it into this because, by the time MKA roles around, he will have such a large tale to tell that we will just end up splitting the two articles up again. I also have no clue why somebody put up that notice without addressing it. --SilentRage 18:47, 22 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

I vote he should not be in Minor characters because by the time MKA comes out he will be a major character. --Vash_15

  • By the time Armageddon comes around, he'll probably have a proper name instead of just "Hero," so the article will be useless anyways. I'm actually of the opinion that Konquest mode will use a custom fighter anyways, with the names "Hero"/"Bob" just being examples Midway used for the promo vids. I'm all for deleting, rather than merging, since there's no useful information. Virogtheconq 05:57, 27 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

I don't think it should be merged. But i am not sure if it should exist either. Hero/Bob is being used as the name for the hyped up create a character. Seeing as it has no name and there are possibly thousands of variations for looks it can't really have a character page i would think. It would make more sense to have any info about it on the MK:A page to help make it more fully developed. izret101 01:50, 28 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

For what it's worth, I don't there's a point in merging it. Why? Take Shujinko. He gained "main character" status simply by being in Konquest. Any merger is just going to need an unmerger. On the other hand I'm going to agree with Virog. If he's named Hero in the game, he'll be the single least imaginatively named character of them all. There's next to no information on him, what there is is miniscule, and it's all but certain this name won't be the final one. When the game comes out, someone'll have to give it a good play, finish Konquest, finish the Arcade game as him and get his bio info and then write an article about all we know re: "Bob". In its present state, though, this is as pointless as the articles we had some months ago that just read "Red Robin was a nickname given to the Mortal Kombat character we now know as Ermac". --L T Dangerous 21:24, 10 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

I agree with Izret, there's no point in keeping any part of the page what-so-ever. Perhaps just a bullet in the Armageddon page. -Kombat Krave 01:36, 01 May 2006

Well, now that we know a little more about his backstory and name, does the consensus remain the same? Shadaloo 12:16, 12 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Yeah, since nobody is doing anything about it, I'm just gonna remove the merger tags. We will know enough about him in time and if we do merge, we will just have to unmerge anyway later on. SilentRage 13:06, 22 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

kochal edit

kochal means koin challenge, it doesnt mean anything else, but i dont get why the smae person still says its a rumor.

Because at one point when MKD first came out and people weren't quite finished with Konquest mode, there were rumours going around that Kochal could have been one of the SU's. Then they found out that it just meant "Koin Challange". It is still worth keeping, because it was a rumor at one point. I think that we should make a seperate article for rumored characters, if one doesn't already exist. Also, please remember to sign your posts with four tildes, so everyone knows who we are talking too. SilentRage 18:50, 26 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

I would like to add that I had asked John Vogel about Kochal shortly after release via e-mail, asking him if it was simply a contraption that the unintelligent Oni thought of as a god, and his answer was the following:

"The truth is, some of the guys on the team wanted to make that portal thing do something and they created the "quest" to fight all the black dragon guys. I whipped up kochal in something like 2 seconds to give it some story. We may use it more in the future."

Since I have no way to display this sourced material (simply a saved e-mail), I'm just leaving the above here and not editing the main section for Kochal. -- Dan N.

Inferno Scorpion edit

I think that because he is not his own character and is just a pumped up Scorpion with a different name, that this article should be merged into Scorpion's. I would put the tag there myself, but I don't know how too. -SilentRage 18:54, 26 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Picture and alignment concerns edit

The article looks really nice with a lot pictures, but several pictures in a row can cause alignment problems by leaving vast spaces of emptiness to provide room for overlapping pictures. A suggestion to alleviate this problem is to, in the event that two left-aligned pictures overlap, make one of them right-aligned or to resize certain pictures. Meat and Chameleon major characters? edit

Now that Meat has been revealed to be an actual character to move on to MKA, he should probly be put in the Major MK Characters section. As well as Chameleon whom was also a playable character revealed to be one of Shao Kahn's deadliest warriors. They are also the ONLY playable characters from the MK games that hasn't been listed as major so they should probly be added there. Especially if Khameleon has. But that's just IMO.

Agreed. The only problem I have, is that you didn't sign your post with four tiles (these: ~), and I don't know if you're apart of the MK Wikiproject, and therefore I don't know if you have any authority on the matter. SilentRage 04:10, 27 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

One Being edit

Shouldn't the One Being be added to this page, I know he isn't a major character; yet anyways. But I would think that he or she or whatever it'll be should at least be added to the minor character page until it's more established as a major character if they do use this character for future games. But since it's been mentioned a few times in the last few games, should it be apart of this section.

There's already an article on the One Being, but very few other articles actually link there. MarphyBlack 22:28, 15 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

Yes I knew that there was an article on it, but I just thought that the One Being should be at least mentioned and linked within the Minor Character section since it is right now pretty much a minor character that's all.

Done. Feel free to reword it as I just copied the most important stuff his article. MarphyBlack 03:51, 16 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

Frankly, as long as we're getting into it, I never felt he needed his own article in the first place. Seems a tad much for a guy (who's not even really a guy, but an abstract... astral... entity of gobbledygook) who's only ever been mentioned in dialogue, and never even made a single appearence, major or minor. I propose eliminating the article and just moving a shortened version to this list.

Nimbus' screenshot edit

I think we should find one of the fake screenshots of Nimbus Terrafaux from the article and post it here, near his entry. We did this on the Sheng Long page, I think it would be here. After all, Nimbus is sort of MK's "Sheng Long." You agree?

I'd say so, but the fact is I've never even seen the original screenshots of Nimbus. All I've seen thus far is fanmade fakes. The S 16:43, 30 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

Ermac's Name as stated in the "Kochal" section edit

This is somewhat small, but I feel it needs to be cleared up, nonetheless: I recall hearing information that stated that Ermac's name was an anagram of the word "cream," as in, he is a combination, or cream, if you will, of many warriors' spirits, but the "Kochal" section states his name comes from "ERorr MACro." Which is true? BishopTutu 21:56, 31 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

His name is most definitely derived from the term "Error Macro" (Some say that it's "Error Machine", but both would lead to the same name). This post sufficiently covers Ermac's origins. MarphyBlack 23:17, 31 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
That's actually further backed up by the pronunciation in the animated series (which came out shortly after Ermac became a real character). They pronounce the "Er" in "Ermac" like you would when saying "Error", as opposed to how the voice over does in the video games"... Clint 08:26, 5 January 2007 (UTC)Reply
Thanks for clearing this up for me. I reverted my edits. BishopTutu 23:59, 31 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Skarlet edit

Skarlet is a character officially entered into the Mortal Kombat canon in 2011, in the remake called Mortal Kombat (otherwise called MK9). She had been a rumored character since MK2, when two people playing as Kitana or Mileena would make one appear dressed in red, leading to fans' speculation of a separate character named Skarlet. (Sub-Zero's Polar Bear Animality in MK3 was similarly incorporated into the game after rumors in MK2, or, rather, false claims from kids who swore to having executed the move in the arcades, even to series creators Ed Boon and John Tobias.) Her story involves being made from the same Flesh Pits that spawned Mileena, giving Skarlet a body made of blood.

I have noticed that Skarlett has been removed but if you search her name it goes to this page.I will be glad to add an article on her but i wanted to know if there was a reason for her no being here now. Parralax 23:47, 10 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

.... I'm still opposed to having articles or sections on characters who, you know, never existed. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by The S (talkcontribs) 23:56, 10 January 2007 (UTC).Reply

Though she is not a character she still is popular amoung fans and since characters that arent in the game such as the comic characters are in this article and characters that dont even have names are in it such as the oni beast.I think she has a right to be in there.

Skarlett never existed in any form, not even as a published or known hoax. Unlike Nimbus, who originated in an EGM magazine, or Kochal, who is an actual named entity in Deception, "Skarlett" is an entirely fan-created subject (Indeed, there isn't even a set spelling for her name). Whether she is "popular" is certainly debatable, and certainly a statement that would require a source for citation to prove it. If a search for her name brought you here, then that means that there is a redirect somewhere that should probably be deleted. As for unnamed bosses and enemies being included here, see below. MarphyBlack 00:30, 11 January 2007 (UTC)Reply
I don't know who removed the Skarlett portion of the article, but if you want to include it, you might want to do it under "Ruby" in the television section. The name Skarlett was nothing more than a fan-created name for a glitch in a game. Ruby was an actual (albeit non-canon) red female assassin in the cartoon who was featured in one of the episodes of Defenders of the Realm. She was probably based on the glitch. Clint 09:07, 15 January 2007 (UTC)Reply
I might fuse them toghether liek make a part on Skarlett and then at the end talk about Ruby I think I will do that.Parralax 02:20, 17 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Actually, Skarlett is just Mileena's second color in MKII, and is treated as a separate character by many fans. Lesser Shadow (talk) 09:55, 19 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Removing unnamed bosses and enemy types edit

Recently a few new entries were added to this article which I greatly oppose. In a trend that I have seen very slowly taking an effect here, very non-notable or unnamed entities have been added to the list. Most hardly qualify as minor characters. I propose the removal of the following entries:

  • The Executioner
  • Ice Beast
  • The Keepers
  • Oni Warlord
  • Orochi Hellbeasts
  • Summoner Daemon

The previously mentioned are unnamed bosses, generic enemy types with little elaboration had upon them, one-time appearance entities, had zero effect on the story, or a combination of all four. MarphyBlack 00:30, 11 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

these characters should be noted, atleast nobodies posting the brother hood of shodow clans, atleast these few characters showed as quick appearances, as a boss style fight, even in the stratagy guide states this, i know its not the same, but they shouldn't be removed, in that case, tremor, tasia, belokk and ext should be remove as they had one appearance with little to no information, these characters here atleast been seen in the main fighting games, hell while your add it, take wu Lae off, might as well loose the concept ones too, you guys asked for help with this, then take off the characters people try'd real hard for to get a good write up about them, just to have its scrapped off later. Lil'Layzie-One 18:55, 11 January 2007 (UTC)Lil'Layzie-One

just to add something else on, the masked gaurds & shadow priest should also be removed, there just small enemies, not to mention hornbuckle, who is just liu kang in a background, which these three really means nothing at all.Lil'Layzie-One 22:37, 11 January 2007 (UTC)Lil'Layzie-One

Appearances of minor characters in the classic 2D games take a much greater prominence than those introduced Deception and on. For one, there weren't that many back then. Each "minor" character was pretty damn significant just because of that. With the advent of Konquest mode and Shaolin Monks, there are dozens and dozens that could possibly be mentioned here, like the clay soldiers, or the guard who likes ham in Deception. There needs to be a cut off point somewhere, and these generic bosses and enemy types as well as these vastly non-notable unnamed characters shouldn't make that cut.
Second, because they first appeared in the 2D games, these "notable" minor characters have been around much longer and have grown to a much greater status than just some generic thing you see/fight once. The Masked Guards, for example, have been seen in multiple games and in the official comics, and there is even a short section dedicated to the Masked Guards in the "characters" making-of video for Shaolin Monks. The opening Armageddon intro features a dead Masked Guard in the very first shot. The Shadow Priests have also been featured in several of the games, in the comics, in the movies, and even in the live action tv show (In a very significant role, by the way).
Thirdly, these other minor characters have a far more important role in the games than these generic bosses and enemy types. Hornbuckle, while simply having done nothing more than standing around in the background, is actually vital to the storyline in which he and the other holy men captured Blaze and corrupted him, thus setting up the events of Armageddon. The Ice Beasts and Oni Warlord and the like simply do not have that great of a role in the overall swing of things. Wu Lae has dialogue interaction with one the main characters of the storyline. The Keepers do not.
Fourthly, much of these other minor characters are actual characters. They have names and there is only one of them. Orochi Hellbeast is not a name, and there are more than one of those. Tremor, however, is a name, and there is only one of him (And incidentally, Tremor was planned to be in MKT, so already he's more notable than some "Summoner Daemon").
Anyway, upon reconsideration, I suppose that The Executioner is worthy enough of a mention here. I don't believe that his actual name is "Executioner", but unlike the others, there is only one of him, making him an actual minor character. MarphyBlack 23:48, 12 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

but the Summoner Daemon only appeared once aswell, the Oni Warlord has appeared a few times, so did the Orochi Hell Beast, but they don't appear as much as the clay soldiers or the brother hood of shadow, which are pretty lame to mention, when the brother hood already has an artical on its own, even if that wasn't made, it could be put under noob or quan chi for that matter, clay soldiers, are very minor, same with the ham guy, nobody cares about them, but orochi hell beast, summoner daemon, oni warlord ext, are some notable characters, there some what apart of the story, oni warlord, you gotta beat him to get an upgrade, summoner daemon, you have to beat him to progress to the next area, hell beast, i don't think you can leave that one room without defeating him, so only to reveal more n more of the stories of the games, they'll have to be beaten, which would be part of the story, some of these characters just started, i'd say give them time to reappear before remova, as who knows, the next mk game might have those characters again, the ice beast was in the story, he was involved with taven meeting sonya for the first time, not to mention you gotta beat the first one to progress to the next area, unlike other small characters, which you can simply ignore n continue. Lil'Layzie-One 20:01, 13 January 2007 (UTC)Lil'Layzie-One

To my knowledge the Oni Warlord has only appeared once, and the Orochi Hellbeast twice, both in the Shaolin Monks game. As bosses, I would consider them considerably more important than the clay soldiers or guy who likes ham. I think the main argument against including them would be their overall minor contribution to the ultimate canon (or non-canon) storyline, in which case I would have to agree that they are pretty irrelevant. Unfortunately, there really is a line to be drawn with minimal characters from adventure modes, and I'm not sure where it is appropriate to draw it. I would offer that significant aids (like Apep) and bosses (Ice Beast, Wu Lae, Oni Warlord) might as well be included since they have a significant bearing on at least one character in the game. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by ContagiousTruth (talkcontribs) 09:13, 15 January 2007 (UTC).Reply
a small idea on how too solve this, we can split them up, just like concept, movies, art/comics ext. but label one Returning Minor Characters, n the other minor characters, so they won't be together, but they'll all still be there, how does that sound? Lil'Layzie-One 19:59, 16 January 2007 (UTC)Lil'Layzie-One
Well regardless of what is done, the article is now officially too long. I'm prepared to slash the novel characters (No idea of what novel this is even talking about), the comic book characters (already mentioned in the MK comic books article), most of the "Movies/TV" characters (just about all of TV ones, at least the ones not ludicrously minor such as "Special Forces Captain", could instead be included in the currently quite bare Mortal Kombat: Defenders of the Realm article, while Chan Kang and Art Lean, the only new characters introduced in the movies worthy of any mention, could be added to the relevant movie article), and most of the concept characters (Only Belokk, Herald, and Zebron have any notable information. The others barely warrant one sentence). MarphyBlack 06:21, 19 January 2007 (UTC)Reply
why not just give the other characters there own articles? as mk non canon characters or something? instead of erasing it all. Lil'Layzie-One 16:14, 19 January 2007 (UTC)Lil'Layzie-One0
Because they don't deserve their own articles. Minor characters are hard enough to justify. Minor non-canon characters are even harder. There needs to be a cut off point somewhere; one that should be precise and clear, not subject to opinions and debate. One time appearances by characters that don't even have names (thus technically not even making them legitimate characters, since they are then just generic entities) having no effect whatsoever on the storyline or plot don't seem to qualify by any standards. However, I did not propose of deleting any of the non-canon characters. I said that they should be included (And in the case of the comic book characters, are already included) in the relevant MK media article, i.e. minor movie characters can go here, minor Defenders of the Realm characters can go here, and so on. Once all those excess characters are removed from here, this article can then do with a great overhauling. I'm currently working on something at my sandbox here: User:MarphyBlack/sandbox. that looks very good man, but Belokk should probably be with rumored, sence he was mentioned to be in the game, n it don't look like a concept character, but i guess it doesn't really matter about him, but it does look decent.Lil'Layzie-One
Although Belokk was rumored to be in Gold once it was released, he actually did exist as a real character at one point, unlike Nimbus or Kochal. Belokk is also still a concept character as opposed to a fully completed character that was removed at the last second since, according to Ed Boon, Eurocom never even finished him to begin with. i'm guessing he could work either way, hmmm just a thought on one concept, Tiamat i think should remain, he has alot to do with reptiles mkda look, so he has some information about him, rather then the others, that were not included, which are mostly understandable, but Tiamat not to mention was also supposed to be in MKDA but instead they used reptile. Massive page revision edit

Continuing the above discussion, since there have been no objections in the last month, I've gone ahead and applied my big page revision to this article. Characters are now organized in some sort of fashion and sources and references have been added where appropriate (There's certainly a need for more in some areas, but this has been all I've found so far). In order to keep this page under a reasonable size, I've "removed" the information on the non-game characters. However, the information is not really lost as all the characters from various other forms of Mortal Kombat media can (and, in most cases, already are) included in their respective articles (eg. the comic characters are mentioned here, the Defenders of the Realm characters are mentioned here, and so on). The one thing missing is the list of all the minor characters from the novel, as no article on this book currently exists. I would suggest that Mortal Kombat (novel) could be created, but that's for someone else to tackle. MarphyBlack 01:52, 24 February 2007 (UTC)Reply

This page in particular looks far neater and more organised now, and the other ideas, although I'm not completly on the ball with MK articles at the moment, all sound good :) ≈ The Haunted Angel //The Forest Whispers My Name// 02:34, 24 February 2007 (UTC)Reply

Grandmaster edit

Should the Lin Kuei Grandmaster, the one seen in Mortal Kombat Mythologies:Sub-Zero be given his own section in this article? BassxForte 19:38, 10 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

Fair use rationale for Image:BelokkMK.jpg edit

Image:BelokkMK.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 02:02, 1 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Elder Gods edit

Since their page had been unexpectedly removed, I included them, combined, as a 'minor character', though more information should be included, I gave a brief outline. --Kombat Krave 04:59, 11 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

DC edit

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mortal_Kombat_vs._DC_Universe Due to the game "MK vs. DC Universe", the cast and crew of Mortal Kombat has collided with the comic book continuity of the DC Comics Universe. In a story where many characters on both sides of the universe have randomly gone missing, Mortal Kombat meets Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, the Flash, Green Lantern, Lex Luthor, Lex Luthor, Deathstroke, Captain Marvel, and Catwoman, and Darkeid. Unique to the game is Dark Kahn, the fusion of Shao Kahn with Darkseid.

One small rumor is that this may be what people decided to create rather than a Street Fighter vs. Mortal Kombat game.

skully? edit

how about skully? He was in meat's bio. I think you should put him in as meat's cousin, like it says in the bio. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.127.184.95 (talk) 16:43, 13 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

Dark Khan? edit

Should this character be mentioned? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.105.183.67 (talk) 01:05, 27 November 2008 (UTC) No, it's already in Kahn's article. And at least spell the damn name right.--86.87.28.191 (talk) 17:05, 28 March 2009 (UTC)Reply
