... that Samuel Arama and Dennitah Ghati are members of the Kenyan National Assembly, as are Gladys Boss Shollei and Sabina Wanjiru Chege who are county woman representatives?Source: Members of the National Assembly]

- I'm looking at this now. While I appreciate the sheer ambition of a six-article hook, I am not sure the current hook is good. However, there is a very good hook in there covering the Country Woman representatives. CMD (talk) 16:42, 15 August 2020 (UTC)
- List of current members of the Kenyan National Assembly needs much clearer sourcing. The first paragraph is uncited, and most of the article comes from a single source which needs to be referenced at least once per section. The title is also at risk of becoming dated, so I suggest moving it to List of current members of the 12th Parliament of Kenya or similar. CMD (talk) 16:49, 15 August 2020 (UTC)
- Looking through the other articles, sources need to be tightened. All news sources should have publication dates as well as access dates. The pdfs all need publication dates, and probably accessdates as well. It is also important that, outside of the lead, all information has its own source. The same source can be repeated if needed. I have done this in one case. I found some instances where some information was not in the sources cited. Background information needs its own sources. There's also a few places that need copyediting, for example missing some punctuation. I do think however that all these articles can be brought up to meet DYK requirements without too much additional work. CMD (talk) 17:04, 15 August 2020 (UTC)
- ALT1 ... that the Kenyan National Assembly is made up of 290 constituency elected members including Samuel Arama, 47 county woman representatives including Gladys Boss Shollei and Sabina Wanjiru Chege and 12 appointed members including Dennitah Ghati?
- I think this is a more interesting hook since having appointed members and county woman representatives is somewhat unusual. I will improve the articles as per your feedback. Thank you for the review. Pi (Talk to me!) 17:36, 15 August 2020 (UTC)
- I agree it is unusual, however it is a lot for one hook. That hook is too long. I suggest dividing it up into multiple hooks, eg. one for the county women representatives, and one for others. Apologies for not notifying your talk page. CMD (talk) 17:46, 15 August 2020 (UTC)
- The nominator is still editing Wikipedia, but has not responded to the reviewer in nearly two weeks. I have left a note at his talk page. Yoninah (talk) 22:54, 27 August 2020 (UTC)
- Sorry I've not been around lately, I think I've fixed the sources, I'd appreciate it if someone would have another look. As per the comment about the hook being too long, I'm adding another alt: — Preceding unsigned comment added by Pi (talk • contribs) 05:52, 28 August 2020 (UTC)

- Note that all of the hooks, including ALT1, are of acceptable length according to DYK rule C3. MANdARAX • XAЯAbИAM 20:23, 29 August 2020 (UTC)
- ALT2 is a statement of fact, not a hook. And what about the other 2 nominations? Yoninah (talk) 21:30, 29 August 2020 (UTC)
- If the original hooks are valid then I would like to stick with those then. I proposed ALT2 because the original reviewer recommended removing some of the nominations Pi (Talk to me!) 02:40, 30 August 2020 (UTC)
- OK. ALT1 seems reasonable to me. CMD, could I proceed with a review of that, or would you like to propose different hooks? Yoninah (talk) 12:06, 30 August 2020 (UTC)

- List of current members of the Kenyan National Assembly: Still has some tables without a clear indication of which source they are using, and remains at a time-limited name. My comments above continue to stand for this article.
- Samuel Arama: 2013 election source url led to 2017 document. I've removed for now, but it should be added back with the correct url and a publication date and an accessdate.
- Dennitah Ghati: Same issue regarding the 2013 source. A citation needed tag I added remains outstanding.
- Gladys Boss Shollei: I have added a date and accessdate to the 2017 source, the rest seems fine.
- Sabina Wanjiru Chege: Same issue with 2013 source. I have fixed 2017 source.
- County woman representative (Kenya): No issues noted.
- Regarding the hook, my proposal was not to just remove some, but to create two separate hooks. If there is still a preference to stick to a single hook I can pass it, if the article issues are fixed. CMD (talk) 10:51, 5 September 2020 (UTC)
- Thank you for looking at this again. I've fixed the 2013 source link, I think that was a copy/paste error on my part. I have moved the list to List of Kenyan National Assembly members in the 12th parliament (and have updated the links in the hooks above). Also I added references to the headers above each table. I would like to keep all the articles in the hook if possible, probably with ALT1Pi (Talk to me!) 02:06, 7 September 2020 (UTC)
- Sorry for the delay, I made a few more tweaks and hooks noting preference for ALT1. CMD (talk) 14:11, 10 September 2020 (UTC)
- Hi, I came by to promote ALT1, but we need an inline cite or cites in the first sentence in the lead of List of Kenyan National Assembly members in the 12th parliament to confirm the figures of 290 members, 47 woman representatives, and 12 nominated members. It would also be helpful to number the names in the charts in this article so the totals are clear. As an aside, it might be a good idea to fix the link to this new page name of List of Kenyan National Assembly members in the 12th parliament in other articles that link to it. Yoninah (talk) 20:04, 10 September 2020 (UTC)
- Thanks, I've added the source to the lead and I've correcting the link to the article in the template. Pi (Talk to me!) 21:26, 10 September 2020 (UTC)
- Thank you. Restoring tick per CMD's review. There's no need to edit this template; I have already done so. I was referring to the links listed under "What links here" in the List of Kenyan National Assembly members in the 12th parliament article. Yoninah (talk) 21:37, 10 September 2020 (UTC)
