The California Assembly Final Histories is a primary source that includes the California Assembly Majority Floor Leader listed on the first page for years 1957-2015. For other years, JoinCalifornia is a secondary source, but I would argue that it is reliable because 1) It was compiled by Alex Vassar, the Communications Director at the California State Library who authored "California Lawmaker," and 2) It cites authoritative sources like the California Blue Book and Legislative Handbooks.
