Accesibility concerns

edit

Currently this article breaks MOS:COLLAPSE, which says that articles shouldn't have tables collapsed by default due ot accesibility issues. Either way it's going to take a lot of work to neaten up this article but one thing we can do off the top of my head is get rid of the "4x4 national grid" section and expand the 8x8 grid section, since this includes the 4x4 grid anyway.
