Criteria to classify software edit
I propose two main classes of criteria:
- scientific aspects: which articles should one cite, which statistical model is implemented, which inference algorithm is used, etc
- computer development aspects: license, latest version, OS, language(s), interface (cmd-line and/or GUI), etc
Each class could then contain one or more table(s), with sub-criteria in columns and packages in rows.
