Update Needed re. GTA

The Gorkha Hill Council mentioned in the Admistrative structure section of article has ceased to exist and has been superseded by the new Gorkhaland Territorial Administration. Somebody needs to research this development, its organization and amend the section correspondingly with recent information. TathD (talk) 19:36, 16 February 2013 (UTC)
