Merge proposal

This list article is essentially redundant and covers the same area of Nazi era civilian and non-military awards and medals as the article Political decorations of the Nazi Party. All non-military awards to members of the party and non-members of the party can be covered in one article. There is no reason to have both and it will be easy to merge information from this short list into the other article. The only other suggestion is to change the target article name to Political and civil decorations of Nazi Germany. After coming to national power in 1933, the party and state were one.
