More than nine years ago, when I reformatted this page, I thought it might be nice to add name origins. The problem was it was unsourced at the time, and the problem has only gotten worse. While there are sources for some names, most of it is unverifiable. This should have been done years ago, but better late than never. Guettarda (talk) 19:50, 9 May 2015 (UTC)Reply
