Typo edit

- It is, indeed, a typo or oversight mistake, cut and paste or any other fashion. The correct start date for the second FCC commissioner, Anning S. Prall, is March 9, 1935. The dates for all commissioners are at the FCC website (http://www.fcc.gov/leadership/commissioners-1934-present), which I appended as an inline citation to the lead sentence of this list/article. I also made a few additional date corrections and added Mignon Clyburn who served as acting chairwoman from May to November 2013 (the FCC website uses the term "chairwoman", rather than "chairman"). —Roman Spinner (talk)(contribs) 06:01, 4 April 2015 (UTC)
