Hi KeresH,

I have added a couple of pictures. Why dont you go out one warm afternoon and photograph a few butterflies for your stubs to come? Hope you had fun so far!

Thanks for all of your help thus far. It has been fun. I will take many photos, but being as it's still winter Downunder, I've got a several month wait for that warm afternoon. Although, I have noticed some beetle larva already, so I'm looking for eggs and caterpillars on my daily walks. We've had bizarre weather this last year, and the critters seem somewhat confused, so anything could conceivably show up at anytime.
Oh, one thing I learned making the list - skippers are butterflies. I've seen some on our property and I thought they were very cute moths.

Pat on the back edit

Hey, A pat on the back to you Keresh for starting this list. I've just done a bit so it looks better. Also while going through the list I noticed a few butterflies that I had seen elsewhere. Right enuf I had seen them on wikimedia. I began 1 stub for you. the macleay's swallowtail. After that I just went and check a few more, heres what I found

   * Blotched Blue, Candalides acastus (media)
   * Pea Blue, Lampides boeticus (done)
   * Fringed Blue, Neolucia agricola (media)
   * Mountain Blue, Neolucia hobartensis (media)
   * Mathew's Blue, Neolucia mathewi (media)
   * Chequered Blue, Theclinesthes serpentata
   * Common Grass Blue, Zizina labradus
   * Tasmanian Brown, Argynnina hobartia (1 image)
   * Klug's Xenica, Geitoneura klugii (1 image)
   * Bright-eyed Brown, Heteronympha cordace (1 image)
   * Common Brown, Heteronympha merope (1 image)
   * Shouldered Brown, Heteronympha penelope (1 image)
   * Leprea Brown, Nesoxenica leprea (1 image)
   * Common Silver Xenica, Oreixenica lathoniella (1 image)
   * Orichroa Brown, Oreixenica orichora (1 image)
   * Ptunarra Brown, Oreixenica ptunarra

Your page will look really awesome if you create stubs with these images from wikimedia. Admitted that those images arent really great, but then I'm hoping that you'll be able to put in better images as you go along. Obviously if u need any help creating a stub... let me or Ashlin know, we'll be by in a jiffy. --Viren 18:16, 1 September 2007 (UTC)Reply
