Talk:List of bookstore chains

Mobile web edit

The links to country specific listings takes me to the Wikipedia site for that country rather than to the list that I see here when I try to open them on my phone.I have no idea how to fix this so if someone who knows how to could take a look, it would be great. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 145.1.198.61 (talk) 09:10, 20 October 2014 (UTC)Reply

Work edit

The Work magazine article is in my opinion pertinent to this topic, in a real magazine, and not primarily an advertisement. DGG 21:04, 13 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

It was apparently deleted in haste by an over-zealous editor some time ago. (Do look out, though; we've had problems with a spammer in the book trade articles lately.)--Orange Mike 21:09, 13 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

Redlink fever edit

There are, I believe, more redlinked listings than listings of alleged chains with actual articles. Is it time to "be bold" and delete all the redlinks until articles are created for them? --Orange Mike 16:12, 30 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

Indeed, it is perhaps time to grasp the nettle and so some pruning. — Grstain | Talk 16:36, 30 March 2007 (UTC)Reply
