The image Image:Pririt Batis.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check

The pre-June 12 list was mostly derived from one published in 2017 by the Namibia Bird Records Committee (NBRC) supplemented by entries from iGoTerra. The NBRC list is no longer available so it was necessary to use iGoTerra as the sole source. Because of the large number of changes, a summary is reported here rather than in a series of individual edit summaries.

Thirty species which had been on the NBRC list but are not on the iGoTerra list have been deleted.

The references to iGoTerra on individual species and tags are now redundant and have been deleted.

The "vagrant" (V) tag has been added, deleted, or retained according to the iGoTerra list.

The former "unconfirmed" (U) tag was from the NBRC list and has been deleted or revised to a (V).

The former "near-endemic" (NE) tag was from both sources and has been deleted.

A new "hypothetical" (H) tag, used by iGoTerra, has been added.
