Proposal of merger edit

I propose to merge List of accidents and incidents involving the DC-3 and all its separate pages listing the accidents the DC-3 has had in a specific year into the List of accidents and incidents involving the DC-3 page.

Look at the List of accidents and incidents involving the Boeing 737 page, for example. This page lists all Boeing 737 accidents up to 2019 in one page, while the Douglas DC-3 accidents are split across seperate pages for each specific year. Some of the links in the List of accidents and incidents involving the DC-3 page also do not exist. I mostly proposed this because of the List of accidents and incidents involving the DC-3 in 1949 page; there's only one accident that is listed on that page. Article size will not be that much of a concern if List of accidents and incidents involving the DC-3 and all of its subpages are merged.

EDIT: Pages to be merged:

Not sure as it was probably done because of the large number of DC-3/C-47 losses over the years (mainly due to a lot of them being built). I am sure a lot of accidents are still missing. Perhaps for now they could be merged into decade articles to see how it goes, although a lot of C-47s were lost in the 1940s due to the war! MilborneOne (talk) 11:24, 14 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
Oppose; most of the currently unmerged decade articles would be quite long. Klbrain (talk) 20:19, 6 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
Closing, given the lack of support and stale discussion. Klbrain (talk) 21:04, 11 August 2020 (UTC)Reply
