I couldn't find references for: "Lake County, California - great blue heron, Ardea herodias (unofficial)" or "Westchester County, New York - blue jay, Cyanocitta cristata".

If the Lake County one is unofficial, is there any reason it should be included in the list? Can anyone find a reference for the Westchester County one?
