Title too long edit
The title of this article, List of Special Places of Scenic Beauty, Special Historic Sites and Special Natural Monuments, does not seem very befitting of an encyclopedic article. Suggest "List of Japanese Cultural Properties"? -- Ϫ 08:29, 23 February 2010 (UTC)
- Yes, the title is very long but describes precisely the article's content. List of Japanese Cultural Properties is not a good alternative name since this list covers only a small subset of all Cultural Properties of Japan. Based on page four of this document one could rename the article to List of Special Monuments which is however an invented name. Unless it is a big problem, I'd therefore favour the current (long) title. bamse (talk) 15:18, 23 February 2010 (UTC)

- Unless there are (note the capitalisation) Special Places of Scenic Beauty, etc. in other countries, there is no need to specify that this list is about Japan. We don't have an article Tokyo in Japan either... bamse (talk) 15:58, 8 February 2012 (UTC)
