Larry Nowlin edit
I see that in the Former Band Members table, brief early member Larry Nowlin is described as playing "live performances only (touring the United States)". While the first part of this statement is true, as Nowlin didn't stick around long enough to be recorded with Soft Machine and only played a few live dates with them before leaving, the second part isn't - Soft Machine didn't tour the United States so early in their history. The person who added this qualification may be confusing the fact that Nowlin is/was American with the fact that when they did tour the USA in 1968, they were augmented for a few months by a guitarist. However, the guitarist on that American tour was Andy Somers/Summers, later of The Police. As this assertion also isn't backed by any reference, I'm going to remove the "touring the United States" bit.Freewheeling frankie (talk) 23:20, 18 September 2021 (UTC)
