Proof?

Can it be prooved that it was the Diaz brothers who were the assassins who attacked Tony in the Babylon Club (in the film), because I was pretty sure that they were just normal assassins/henchmen? Just provide a source or something. I'm also not so sure about Gaspar Gomez in the Babylon Club (in the film), but that seems quite much more likely. There is no proof, and citation that Elvira has German heritage. It neither states it in the game, book, or movie. Some German idiot with the last name Hancock put that.
