Revision

edit

I have put forward a major revision to this list both in content and in format. The purpose is to include under each name, a basic description of the subject and the justification for their notability. I propose that the following criteria be used to assess notability:

  • Architects who are Fellows of the American Institute of Architects FAIA. The FAIA wikipedia entry explains how this award reflects notability.
  • Architects who are recipients of the Henry Klumb Award. The Henry Klumb Award is the highest honor awarded by the Puerto Rico College of Architects for excellence and contributions to the profession.
  • Authors of books on Architecture and Puerto Rican Architecture.
  • Subjects of books on Architecture and Puerto Rican Architecture.
  • Architects who have designed landmarks of Puerto Rican architecture.

This is a first attempt to put the list in a useful, consistent format and all suggestions on both criteria, format and nominees for inclusion are welcome.Nechodoma (talk) 16:15, 17 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

I have to disagree. Wikipedia has its own policy on notability and that's what needs to be followed here. My name is Mercy11 (talk) 18:25, 2 September 2013 (UTC) and I approve this message.Reply
