Primary Source Out of Date/Taken Offline

edit

The primary database that this page uses as a source has removed it's data because it is now 13 years out of date (among other reasons). Could someone tell me what template we would post on the page to indicate this? Starting next week I could investigate other, more up-to-date databases that could provide the information discussed in this article, unless someone is already familiar with one. I'm assuming other county pages will be impacted by the Carfree Census database's removal (http://www.bikesatwork.com/blog/carfree-census-database-is-gone).
