How are we defining "Marathi" people? People who speak/spoke Marathi, or people from the geography of present day Maharashtra? It does not make sense to include Bhavabhuti just because his birthplace was on the borders of the state, especially as there is no record of having have spoken or written in Marathi. Especially as classical Marathi literature appeared only in the 13th Century CE. AshLin (talk) 05:59, 2 April 2019 (UTC)Reply
