Update October 2018

I intend to update this page for changes in Species Fungorum which have happened since 2015. I will only include species which are considered "current" in Species Fungorum (exception: M. tageticolor, which seems to be real. Strobilomyces (talk) 16:43, 7 October 2018 (UTC)
