I see there has been a history of changing the heading for what is currently called Passenger carriers but which has variously been called tourist railways, museum railways, and heritage railways. I believe they are most appropriately called heritage railways. I propose that we adopt the term "heritage railways" and reserve the term Passenger carriers for bona fide mass rail transit which people might take to go to a destination. Does this make sense to those of you who are more fully immersed in the train world than I am? Further, I have pipelinked the Grove Farm listing and redirected the Kauai Plantation Railway to a new article covering both these two railways.Alawa (talk) 02:39, 20 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
