Bradford Northern Players edit

William (Billy) Hutchinson played for Northern first team in two spells:- 1932/33 until 1936/37 making 67 appearances starting at Fullback. 1941/42 until 1946/47 making 146 appearances and scoring 26 tries. He had gravitated to the forwards by then and played loose forward and second row before ending his career as a prop, a bit like Jeff Grayshon! His son Kevin played hooker for the club in the late 60s early 70s before retiring prematurely, I think as a result of epilepsy. Not absolutely sure of this. wartime games versus Wales.

Jack D Moore was a loose forward who played for Northern from the 1935/36 season until the 1940/41 season, playing 188 games and scoring 19 tries. Jack was one of two Northern players to lose their lives in the Second World War. He was drowned on May 19th 1941 when his ship, HMS Electra, sank in the naval battle off Java.

England Roll of Honour edit

An archived webpage called England Roll of Honour (transcribed below) shows 708 England players up to and including Chris Heighington who made his début in 2011. As of 19 December 2013 the Category:England national rugby league team players includes 681-players, i.e. 37-players less than the England Roll of Honour, this shortfall should be investigated. I'm adding the "missing", and post-2011 caps to the top of the list (in alphabetical order). Best Regards. DynamoDegsy (talk) 15:58, 19 December 2013 (UTC)Reply
