Does anyone have any suggestions on how to expand this page to include a more international perspective on prehospital certifications? I'm thinking that instead of having a section for each country (which would significantly bloat the article), we instead have a section for certifications that are internationally recognized (such as FP-C), as well as ident markers on each cert in the existing list that indicate which countries have that specific certification. The list would expand, but would avoid the overlapping redundancy of a section for each nation.
Just throwing it out there.
Instructor Title Idea...
editSince there are many instructors out there that teach a variety of topics, would it not make sense to create new titles to encapsulate the topics? For example: I teach a bunch of classes for both AHA (American Heart Association) and also NAEMT (National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians). My idea would be this: For AHA, if you can teach more than 2 classes, what if the new title became: AHA-I (American Heart Association Instructor) and NAEMT-I (National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians Instructor). Just throwing this out there as I have a wallet full of instructor cards, as many of us instructors do, and I feel like it would help keep the "signatures" and possibly resume cleaner. This would NOT be for someone that only teaches one class in that particular program. Ideas? Thoughts? Thanks! D Gabriela Decker, NRP
