There has been an edit war between two editors about the format of the article. The old version and the new format. Please discuss the changes here. Note that the protection is not an endorsement of the current version. I have no opinion about the format. Rettetast (talk) 17:08, 2 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
- I prefer the old version as you can tell who played the first home game. TheBigJagielka (talk) 18:03, 2 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
- I prefer the old one too, just seems easier to read. Uksam88 (talk) 20:02, 2 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
Some of the stadiums like Boca's and River's stadium weren't named by their official names of today. I think we should respect the former names in the former editions. For example, Paraguay's Estadio Defensores del Chaco was named Puerto de Sajonia before named Defensores del Chaco. We should apply the same rule to Boca, River's and any other stadium which had a name change and played in the final. I recall having put Boca and River's respective time period stadium names but it seems the edit wars have erased. --MicroX (talk) 05:08, 28 August 2010 (UTC)Reply
- I agree. I also think we should also shy away from having the nicknames of the Brazilian stadiums displayed, but rather have the official name. Digirami (talk) 18:32, 1 September 2010 (UTC)Reply
