Series 8

edit

We need an entry to chart this as it is getting a lot of heat at the moment. I notice Zythe has sugested Buffy the Vampire Slayer season eight which doesn't seem unreasonable but we might as well settle on th best nae now to save the hassle of moving it later. So thoughts? Fair use image removal

edit

I have removed all or a majority of the fair use images on this page as their use was not in line with our Wikipedia:Non-free content criteria policy (likely in that the use is not minimal (3.a.) and it is in a list or a gallery (8.)) or our Wikipedia:Non-free content guideline that states that cover images may only be used for critical commentary on the cover itself, not just identification. Please do not re-add them without discussion. Kotepho 08:44, 5 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Overhaul needed

edit

This page is written from an in-universe perspective. It should probably be presented in a publishing chronology, rather than a fictional one. There's no information about who wrote or drew the stories, or in what format the stories the published, when those things should be on this page. 216.106.37.101 13:41, 18 August 2007 (UTC)Reply

Trade Paperbacks

edit

Can somebody please, when editing this page, list which single comics are contained in which TPB's? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 124.171.203.246 (talk) 21:45, 30 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Setting divisions

edit

The current divisions for the graphic novel and comic settings starts with "ancient" and "modern." The problem is that "ancient" appears to be defined as anything prior to the 20th century. That just plain wrong. The definition of modernity is admittedly a bit fluid, but there's really no tradition of starting at 1900. Modernity can stretch all the way back to the 16th century (or a tad earlier). If we want to keep the current divisions, shouldn't we just change it to "pre-20th century" and "20th century"? --Icowrich (talk) 20:51, 24 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

WikiProject Comics B-Class Assesment required

edit

This article needs the B-Class checklist filled in to remain a B-Class article for the Comics WikiProject. If the checklist is not filled in by 7th August this article will be re-assessed as C-Class. The checklist should be filled out referencing the guidance given at Wikipedia:Version 1.0 Editorial Team/Assessment/B-Class criteria. For further details please contact the Comics WikiProject. Buffy the Vampire Slayer comicsList of Buffy the Vampire Slayer comics – This is a list article and as such should be titled correctly as "List of..." (see examples at WP:NCTV#List articles). This is also WP:CONSISTENT with List of Angel comics. The proposed title (and also Buffy the Vampire Slayer (comic)) currently redirects to List of Buffyverse comics, which it shouldn't, the same as the Angel title does not redirect to it. Lover's Walk / Lost & Found

edit

Could someone double check the attributions on writers, artists, etc. on these ones (and possibly others)? Someone more knowledgeable than me. I don't want to make changes on these if the original attributions are correct. Here are just a few I noticed....On Lover's Walk: One Small Promise, I think the inker is 'P. Craig Russell', not 'Sandu Florea'; On Lover's Walk: Punish Me With Kisses, I think the penciller is 'Chynna Clugston-Major', not 'Eric Powell'; On Lover's Walk: Who Made Who?, I think the inker is 'Keith Barnett', not 'P. Craig Russell'; On Lost & Found, I think the writer is just 'Fabien Nicieza', and the inker is 'Joe Pimentel & Will Conrad' & it was released in 2002, not 2001 [I think they got it confused with the same-named comic in 2001].
