The article states that "Boyeri was also stripped of his right to vote by the court". This is manifestly untrue: the prosecution asked for this right (and the right to be elected) to be stripped, but the court did not agree, arguing that the defendant rejected democracy anyway and would therefore not likely make use of his right to vote.
