Just a thought: maybe "Li Yu (novelist)" would be better? WP:NCPDAB says "Years of birth and death are not normally used as disambiguators, as readers are more likely to be seeking this information than to already know it", and novelist and poet are distinct, which I think resolves @Mucube's issue. We could also use (playwright) or (essayist), but I think he's best known in English for the Prayer Mat. CohenTheBohemian (talk) 14:38, 20 March 2023 (UTC)Reply
