Neutral Point of View edit

I'm questioning the Neutrality of this article. The subject appears to be written to pay homage to Mr. Hester than an objective biography. Although the article contains citations from local newspapers, these articles are tributes made in the event of his death rather than objective articles about him. Also, some of the headings include "Tennis was his Passion", "Jacksonville needed an Extreme Makeover" to describe his role as head of a government reform commission that investigated a corrupt city government, along with other headings that don't seem to convey a neutral point of view. Removal of infringing text and attribution has taken care of most of the neutrality concern, but the point raised above about the source of information is a valid one. A more extensive search to verify balance per WP:NPOV would be useful here. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 17:43, 3 February 2009 (UTC)Reply
The article has been revised to remove non-factual statements. There are few references to him prior to his death. As the article states, he worked behind the scenes and avoided the spotlight. I am requesting a new review by Subwayatrain. --Mgrē@sŏn 13:04, 22 September 2010 (UTC)Reply
Much better! The article has a far more neutral and encyclopedic tone then when I originally encountered it. If there are no objections, then we can take down the WP:NPOV tag from the article.
