Linking and formatting restored edit

Linking to other Wikipedia articles and formatting of numbers with units and words in the article Lewis Burras have been restored to their original state and am retaining the style(s) restored moving forward. The instances where linking/formatting were changed fell into four broad categories: 1) Locations - linking restored for ambiguity reduction, such as linking to the article for Birmingham, England to clarify not Birmingham, Alabama. 2) Identity-related terms - linking restored, such as linking to the sport of swimming article to clarify not an open water swimmer, artistic swimmer, etc., which have their own Wikipedia article, nor a casual swimmer. 3) Semifinals formatting/spelling - restored to original spelling/formatting. 4) Numbers with units formatting - restored to the non-hyphenated form used in the article when the new page was created and in the examples currently used in the Wikipedia Manual of Style.
