The atribution of the portrait of Elizabeth I When a Princess to Teerlinc isn't supported by any general consensus; that painting is attributed variously to "Flemish School" or (older) "Circle of William Scrots" (though not likely by Scrots himself). I am replacing that with an image accepted to be by Teerlinc. - PKM (talk) 20:50, 25 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

Not for nothing, but the the miniature portrait of Elizabeth used as an illustration for this article is no longer attributed to Teerlinc. Recent scholarship has deemed it a very early work of Nicholas Hilliard. See the online catalogue entry for the item in the Royal Collection. 2605:E000:FFC0:20:5468:BE04:8E05:5342 (talk) 00:02, 21 December 2013 (UTC)Reply
