There are 6 hydroxyls so it is neither pentahydroxy (Other names) or a diol (categories). Leucocyanidin is not "related to" leucoanthocyanidins; it is a leucoanthocyanidin. Typo: LeucoCyanidin can be found in Aesculus.... Zea Mays (Corn, mais) should be Zea mays (corn, maize).
