The most modern researchers critise Seraya Shapshal (religious name - Samuil ben Moshe Szapszal) for his activity while World war, but almost anybody asks himself why did he do it? Move letter text to Wikisource? edit
Wikipedia is an encyclopedia intended to provide articles with original information. I suggest the text of the letter be moved to Wikisource, the wiki for original primary sources. The Wikipedia article should be a summary of the letter with information about its historical context, not the text of the letter itself. Transwikification edit
It's been six years and this article still hasn't been transwikied even though the consensus was to do so.
