This page should not be speedy deleted because... the company is one of the largest meat processors in Canada. Also famous for the Montreal Smoked meat they produce, were recently involved in a court case over the name, "The Court finds that Foods has an enormous goodwill. Its 2 main products are smoked meat and hot dogs, of which it produces some 140 million each year. It also has public recognition and notoriety." Decision of the Quebec Superior Court, sounds notable IMHO. See Court decision

That case itself is noted in Wikipedia under http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ROBIC#cite_note-footnote_12-7
