While the source is poor, the KCVO appears to be a significant honour, as per WP:ANYBIO: 'The person has received a well-known and significant award or honor, or has been nominated for one several times.' I'm aware this is not a guarantee. Mephtalk 18:52, 22 May 2011 (UTC)
