This person isn't notable enough to have his own bio on Wikipedia. If every "businessperson" had a bio on Wikipedia, it would be BusinessPedia.

I would argue due to the recent news stories this person now needs a page. Also, Wikipedia has pages about other bookstore owners. (Allen Lane)
