This page should not be speedily deleted because Leo Beukeboom was a significant figure to the art of signpainting. He was one of only a handful of signpainters who gained recognition as an artist, which was (and still is) rare for signpainters. Not only did he create a unique style that is synonymous with the region and culture, he also proved value in a dying art form with an extensive career extending over 30 years. The krulleletters tradition in Amsterdam started in the 1950's and he almost single-handedly maintained it until the early 2000's. I think people interested in design, typography, or art would benefit from knowing about Leo.

I have declined the immediate deletion request to allow you time to improve the article. However, coverage in at least two or three different reliable sources is required, as a minimum, to support a biography. You need to seek out more sources that discuss Beukeboom in detail, such as books or national newspapers.
