As e. g. Immigration and Naturalization Service v. Chadha#Aftermath shows, the principle of legislative veto itself was not declared unconstitutional and is still used (especially against former Obama executive orders, as Republicans wish to erase his presidency), although it's usually very much critisised. The only difference is that it is used bicameral, as the constitutional provision of bicamerality was the reason why it was actually declared unconstitutional in the past. --SamWinchester000 (talk) 09:35, 1 April 2018 (UTC)Reply
