NSW edit

In New South Wales, the Lower House is referred to as the Legislative Assembly, not the House of Assembly. I've removed the reference to NSW from that section. Xdenizen 22:07, 5 September 2006 (UTC)hdfhhsrtgn trt trrtrs tsretReply

World view edit

Legislative Assembly refers to a legislature, period. No need to restrict it to the British Commonwealth. The Assemblée Nationale is a legislative assembly, so is Dáil Éireann and the Knesset. rfyzScolaire (talk) 21:17, 12 May 2008 (UTC)hjgjhjReply

Legislature edit

Large chunks of this article are a cut and paste (complete with footnotes that don't link to anything) from Legislature. At the very least, I'll take all of that out, but I wonder if there's actually any point to the article at all. All it really says is that some countries call their Legislature a Legislative Assembly. There's a similar page without the big c&p for Legislative Council.
