Pointless trouble causing

[1] - seriously? You really think that the name "Danzig" has something to do with Lech Wałęsa, the Solidarity movement, or the fall of communism, 45 years after World War II? This is just causing trouble for the sake of causing trouble, and it violates WP:POINT.VolunteerMarek 01:42, 14 May 2012 (UTC)

The point is that the name "Danzig" has something to do with the city of "Gdansk". Please comply with the Gdansk-VOTE: Biographies[2] ⇒ "In biographies of clearly Polish persons, the first occurrence of the name should be used in the form Gdansk (Danzig) and later Gdansk exclusively. Similar applies to other place names in the region that shares a history between Poland and Germany." and "This applies to both before and after 1945." Violations against the rule established by the outcome of this vote can be reverted exempt from the 3RR rule. Maybe you should read the very top of this talk-page. --IIIraute (talk) 02:03, 14 May 2012 (UTC)
What is the purpose of your edit? In what way does it improve the encyclopedia? Are you doing anything here except trying to stir up trouble? Oh, and btw, have you edited under another account previously?VolunteerMarek 03:33, 14 May 2012 (UTC)
...for one thing - to follow the vote that has been established by the community - for another thing, because Danzig was its name for 650 years. If you believe it or not, but there are still lots of people around that were born - or have visited, or have read or heard about a city called "Danzig". If you have personal questions, please feel free to bring them up at my talk-page.--IIIraute (talk) 03:48, 14 May 2012 (UTC)
And this has to do with Lech Walesa and Solidarity how? Is he German? Was Solidarity a German movement? Was the city part of Germany when Lech and Solidarity were active? No? Then why go and make edits which are solely intended to annoy people. And the "personal" question was asked right here, and I notice you evaded giving an answer.VolunteerMarek 04:37, 14 May 2012 (UTC)
It has to do with the city of Gdansk - nothing else - but that's enough. There is nothing to discuss, really. --IIIraute (talk) 04:48, 14 May 2012 (UTC)
Well, yes, Lech Walesa has to do with the city of Gdansk. But what does the former German name have with Lech Walesa? And you're still evading the question.VolunteerMarek 04:55, 14 May 2012 (UTC)

This page is affected by the Gdańsk (Danzig) Vote. The result is binding on all parties. Violations against the rule established by the outcome of this vote can be reverted exempt from the 3RR rule. Closure of the debate. --IIIraute (talk) 05:18, 14 May 2012 (UTC)

That's not an answer. To anything.VolunteerMarek 11:54, 14 May 2012 (UTC)
