I don't really get how this works. How can the loop be retrievable to the criminal, yet unnoticeable to the victim? Mwv2 (talk) 07:05, 5 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

The device can include a fascia which fits over the slot, or be made of dark-coloured tape and stuck just inside the existing slot. You'd see it if you were looking for it, but wouldn't notice it otherwise. I've added some diagrams and detail to the article. --McGeddon (talk) 09:25, 29 June 2016 (UTC)Reply
