Pro-russian bias in page edit
I have deleted a suspect reference to "massacres" committed in Russian speaking areas of Ukraine according to references from labourheartlands.com. It reeks of pro-Russian propaganda; the article the reference linked to spoke of neo-Nazis supported by the west and a supposed push by "the west" to invade Russia.
These are talking points that have been scrutinized in the wake of the 2022 invasion of Ukraine by Russia, which are oft used to justify the invasion by pro-Russian sources/the Russian government. Including it definitely skews the wiki article and subtly encourages an idea that the passing of the law is somehow a negative, and threatens the Russian (and any) minority in Ukraine with violence/cultural genocide/etc.
There is no place for "we needed to invade because we must protect our Russian speaking minorities from genocide" here. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.78.102.16 (talk) 14:27, 16 May 2022 (UTC)
