Notability edit

This person is a junior writer at a teen magazine, why does she have a wikipage? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 65.216.151.125 (talk) 21:23, 22 February 2018 (UTC)Reply

This looks like it could be a WP:BLP1E situation. -Ad Orientem (talk) 17:41, 25 December 2016 (UTC)Reply

I agree with the above, nominate for speedy removal. 24.52.231.99 (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 03:27, 29 December 2016 (UTC)Reply
I think this should be kept for now. She's been in the news a few times at this point, and she is a journalist who's written a piece that has independently garnered attention.50.191.21.222 (talk) 00:18, 9 January 2017 (UTC)Reply

Tweet edit

Per WP:BRD, opening discussion. IMO, almost all tweets are trivia, and passing news coverage does not necessarily make them encyclopedic, per WP:NOTNEWS. A given tweet might turn out to be significant to someone's biography in the long run--for instance, if they got fired over a tweet; if it spawned a lengthy controversy; etc.--but we have not yet seen whether anything in that vein will happen here. Per WP:CRYSTAL, we need to wait to see if anything establishes this as encyclopedic information. Innisfree987 (talk) 19:14, 22 February 2018 (UTC)Reply

I have removed the self-published information per WP:SPS. Wikipedia does not take orders from the subjects of articles. Shame on whomever is behind Wikimedia DC's Twitter account for encouraging this nonsense. (I am not watching this page, so please ping me if you want my attention.)
