I'm afraid there is no such place like Uzvere in Latvia. There are definitely no collective farms in Latvia nowadays. "Burnieke" is of course "Burtnieki" (see "Burtnieki municipality"). "State farm" - I am not sure. And Latvian page about Latvian horse does not mention Sigulda.
